For the traditional Asian supermarkets, the food selling is with good quality and can fairly meet the needs of Asian immigrant families, but some problems are still existing. The shopping environment is not ideal. The parking lot is not convenient. And the most critical problem is that they are always shortage of the popular new listings of the eastern market. \r\nHowever, Great Wall Supermarket focuses on making the customers acquiring their favorite food and daily necessities in a comfortable and friendly shopping environment. So we can make people\u2019s daily livings more fulfilling. Also, we hope to introduce our colorful food culture of Asian to all the families in this pluralistic society of the United States

Operation

In 2001, Great Wall Supermarket Inc. established its first store at the Elmhurst, Queens New York. Its mission is to provide Asian immigrants a modern, comfortable shopping environment for their favorite homeland food. With this new business approach, GW has essentially started a new era in the Asian Supermarket business in United States.\r\nIn 2003, GW opened its second store in New Jersey and brought a modernized retail operation to the traditional mom & pop retail territory.\r\nIn 2005, opened the third GW store in Virginia. Same year, GW Supermarket\u2019s fourth store.
